These Terms of Use do not cover your use of any Vector mobile application or other products or services we offer, except as otherwise set forth in these Terms of Use with respect to InSiteTM .


YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES IN THE CURRENTLY POSTED TERMS OF USE. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between Vector and you — the person who is visiting or using this Website. If you are accessing or using the Website on behalf of or as the representative of a business or other organization, then you are entering into these Terms of Use on behalf of such organization and yourself, and you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind such organization to these Terms of Use.

Your continued use of the Website following any changes to these Terms of Use will indicate your agreement to such changes.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made part of these Terms of Use. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and may share information collected when you access or use our Website, including the personal information available to Vector by means of any Additional Website Functionality (such as the login portal you can use to access and manage your Vector account and make payments).

If you violate these Terms of Use, your authorization to use this Website automatically terminates. Vector reserves the right to deny access to the Website or any features of the Website to anyone who violates these Terms of Use or who, in our sole judgment, interferes with the Website’s functions or features. REVIEWS
You may submit a review of our services via a link on our Website. By submitting a review, you consent to your review being made public and/or published on consumeraffairs.com or our Website. Your comments will be published using only your first name and city, state. We do not share your personal information with Consumer Affairs; only the information you provide to Consumer Affairs directly on the survey form is disclosed.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE LIMITATIONS IN THE SECTION ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION AND VENUE
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any claim or action relating to or arising out of these Terms of Use will be in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY AND EXPRESS WAIVE ALL RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION, PROCEEDING, OR COUNTERCLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OF USE.

USE OF InSiteTM
The Website provides access to InSiteTM, which allows our National Account customers to login to access certain alarm system monitoring/physical security information as well as access to certain additional status and communication functionality, all as may be updated or modified by Vector from time to time.  Your use of InSiteTM is governed by both these Terms of Use and the applicable National Account customer agreement for our services, and such agreements are to be read as complementary to each other to the maximum extent possible provided that in the event of a direct conflict, the terms of the applicable National Account customer agreement shall control. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your InSiteTM login and any codes/communications transmitted through InSiteTM, and you are responsible (on your own behalf and on behalf of or as the representative of the applicable National Account customer), for all uses of InSiteTM through your login, whether or not authorized by you.
