Chief Human Resources Officer

Tara Park serves as Vector Security’s Chief Human Resources Officer responsible for creating and driving the company’s HR strategy to complement and support the strategic initiatives of the company.

Ms. Park’s role also includes employee relations and engagement, talent strategy, total rewards, talent acquisition, payroll, HRIS and HR Operations.

A graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Ms. Park brings more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources to Vector Security.
