We require each customer to sign a monitoring/service agreement that can vary in length. We value our customers, and make a significant investment in the products we use to support their needs.
Because of this, should you wish to cancel your contract before it expires, you may be subject to penalties that may include but are not limited to equipment costs, early termination fees and/or the monthly monitoring fees remaining on your contract.
We do have a policy for military families and those conditions are part of our Military Policy.
If you wish to cancel, you must provide a 30-day written notice to your local branch before the end of the contract period. We cannot accept cancellation requests via phone, email or on consumer review sites.
