You have initiated a business transaction with Vector Security, Inc. ("Vector"). In conjunction with this transaction, you hereby authorize Vector to obtain a consumer credit report relative to you, and consent to Vector's use of the consumer credit report, which shall be in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
