At Vector Security, your safety is our number one priority. With seasonal hurricanes, blizzards and storms potentially occurring throughout the year, power outages are possible. Rest assured that even during a power outage, our Monitoring Centers are fully functional to provide you with uninterrupted alarm monitoring service.
If you experience a power loss, once your power is restored, we want to make the transition back to normal as convenient as possible for you. However, like you, some of our branch locations may have experienced power outages as well. As a result, our service and installation technicians may not be able to reach you immediately. We ask for your patience as we return to full capacity.
When necessary, our branches in affected areas work extended hours and throughout the weekend, with additional staff in the offices and in the field, to serve you. Due to high call volumes in the hardest hit areas, we may be unable to answer all calls as they come in. However, all calls will be addressed; if you are transferred to voicemail, please leave a message and your call will be returned.
