At the top of that relationship, working closely and directly with you, is your National Account Manager. Your account manager follows a well-established relationship management program developed by our National Accounts Division. This program is designed to guide, maintain and continually improve our relationships with our customers.
In addition to working directly with customers as a single point of contact, your National Account Manager works with a well-structured support team within Vector Security. This includes National Account Teams, the National Service Center, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Installation Managers and Technical Service Partners (TSPs).
The Vector Security Account Management process also follows a proven-successful protocol:
1. Identify mutual goals in order to understand your needs and recommend appropriate actions;
2. Determine key performance indicators;
3. Create measurement tools to benchmark performance;
5. Adjust as needed.
