The End User Agreement is presented to the end user at the point of installation and is available through the on-premises server on which the software is deployed. By accessing or using the software or the server, the end user agrees to those terms. Such terms govern the end user's use of the software regardless of whether the end user, Vector Security, or any installer, integrator, or other party acting on the end user's behalf is the one who clicks or otherwise indicates acceptance during installation or configuration.
