Who should I call if I have questions?  

You can contact your local branch office at the same phone number you used for ADS Security. Those numbers haven’t changed! If you don’t have that number, you can call the Customer Care Center at 866-837-8110 and they’ll assist you or transfer you to your local branch.

How will the ADS security rebrand affect me?

You will still receive the same great service from the same friendly names and faces you’ve come to know at ADS Security. But with some exciting enhancements coming in 2023, you’ll have access to a new website, improved customer portal for more convenient account access and management, and easier to read invoices. Plus, as part of Vector Security, we will be able to provide you with the resources of the 4th largest security company in the nation while still maintaining personalized, local service.

When will my invoices come from Vector Security and not ADS Security?

Beginning July 1, 2023, all invoices will be sent with the Vector Security logo. You can rest assured this is not a scam and these invoices will accurately reflect amounts due for security and automation services you are used to receiving.

Is there anything I need to do?

Not to worry; we are making this transition as smooth and seamless for our customers as possible. We will communicate with you in a clear and timely manner throughout the rebranding process.
