"There isn't anything that we've wanted to do that Vector Security hasn't been able to do for us," Ted expressed. "If we decide we want to add something, they’ve always found a way to make it work."

When warehouse equipment was discovered damaged and management wasn't sure when the incident occurred, recorded footage helped narrow the timeline and identify who had been working with the equipment. Instead of relying on assumptions, the team was able to review what happened and begin asking the right questions.
"The footage helped us figure out where to start," Ted added. "Without the cameras, we wouldn't have had that information."
The company has also reviewed clips connected to unauthorized access incidents and also provided video when local law enforcement requested assistance with investigations involving nearby a business.
Timely alarm notifications and mobile access have also made it easier for the team to stay aware of activity at the facility and respond quickly if needed.
