The impact of that integration is felt immediately as residents entering the community move through the front gate using a video intercom and vehicle window tag system designed for smooth, consistent access.  

Inside the property, the same focus on simplicity continues, as residents interact with smart door locks and thermostats that provide convenient control over their living environment. 

A key element of the system is the use of a single credential across the property. The same access used for a resident’s front door also enables entry into shared spaces such as the clubhouse, fitness center, pool areas, and package room. By eliminating the need for multiple fobs, codes, or apps, the system creates a more intuitive experience while reducing confusion and support requests.
