We are pleased to announce that on November 1, 2008 we will join with Vector Security, Inc. Vector Security, a full service company and a recognized leader in the security industry, provides personal services associated with a smaller company while having the resources of a larger organization. Your system will continue to be serviced locally from our Alexandria office. We are available to you to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

We have made every effort to make the changeover as seamless as possible for you. Your passcode and emergency notification list will not change! As in the past, the Central Station will verify all alarm signals from your premises and you will be asked for your passcode when the Central Station calls. In the event there is specialized information on your account this will remain the same.

Your billing cycle will remain the same (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). The only difference you will see is the Vector Security logo on the invoice.
