When a personal emergency alarm was activated by a customer in Pittsburgh, Vector Security’s Monitoring Center responded immediately.

Within three seconds, a trained operator accessed the signal and attempted to make contact. When the customer could not be reached, emergency medical services were dispatched without delay.

EMS arrived to find the customer in need of medical attention and transported her to a local hospital for care. She is now recovering well.
