- Field service and installation appointments may be delayed due to weather and road conditions.
If You Lose Power

Temporary Service Suspension
- If your property sustains damage place your service on "disregard". This can be done through the ADC App or by contacting us.
- If you need suspend service for more than 30 days, please contact a specialist at 888.832.8671, option 3 then option 2.

- Some Vector Security branch locations may be impacted by the storm.
- You may experience longer-than-usual call wait times or delays in technician availability.
