Vector Security Patrol’s compensation and benefits program is designed to provide the best value at reasonable costs. Since all uniformed guard service providers’ costs are predicated first and foremost by the base wage rate paid to site officers, hourly rates are often times manipulated in an effort to produce a significantly lower cost. While lower rates may appear attractive initially, they often result in low quality performance, costly turnover and ultimately customer dissatisfaction. Here’s our solution to this problem.

First & Foremost, We Pay Fair Rates
Since the responsibilities assigned to uniformed guard service providers have increased in scope and importance, the uniformed guard can no longer be considered to be a commodity. Experience dictates that guards who receive fair compensation and excellent training cost less over the long run than lower cost alternatives. In response Vector Security Patrol pays guards a variety of rates depending upon the scope of the project, site responsibilities, and in recognition of specialized training. The current labor market, competitive wages paid for other type of jobs play a part, but our approach is to package compensation offers that inspire long-term employee value for our customers.
