Our Project Managers are skillful, knowledgeable and experienced, but are chosen first and foremost for their ability to lead. They are on board every step of the way, interpreting plans, specifications and codes. Once the evaluation is complete, they formulate proposal documents and support the National Accounts Managers servicing the customer.

Then Our Skilled Service Account Managers Take Over
We assign an individual Service Account Manager (SAM) who works with personnel at our NATIONAL SERVICE CENTER to monitor initial system performance levels and any operational problems. SAMs also develop and administrate individual training programs for their assigned customers and virtually becomes a member of those customer's Loss Prevention Departments.

Project Managers understand the need to meet tight construction deadlines, and work closely with general and electrical trades, to obtain an on time certificate of occupancy.
