How Does Secure Trac™ Operate?
Secure Trac™ is a secured monitoring service designed to provide two independent methods of monitoring our customer’s systems at all times. Secure Trac™ helps maintain the transmission of an alarm signal even if the phone lines are cut. The service uses a specialized wireless transmitter installed in your location, interfaced to the system’s main control panel. Should the phone line accommodating the security systems signal transmission be cut deliberately or by accident, Secure Trac™ takes the place of the failed phone line and successfully transmits signals to our central station.
